Turnaround time for in stock items typically runs about 14-21 days before shipping.  If an item has to be ordered in, plan on another week or so.  We will let you know if this is the case.  During busier times, such as pre-holiday and graduation, orders could encounter a slightly longer delay and will be posted in the banner at the top of every page.


Local Pickup:  We are located in Dallas, Texas just 5 blocks north of Highland Park Village.  If you are in the DFW area, please consider choosing Local Pickup at checkout rather than shipping.

 

Return Policy:  Personalized items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless a mistake is made on our part.  Please make sure and check all order details before checking out.  If an item is damaged or incorrectly embroidered due to our error, we will gladly replace the damaged item for a new one, or refund you if this is not possible.

 

Outside Items:  We are NO LONGER accepting outside/customer supplied items, with the exception of cut fabric pieces that will be made into something after the embroidery process. If you are interested in having us work on your fabric, please contact us for approval first.  If accepted, we will email our custom price list, as well as the Outside Order form for you to fill out, sign, and return with your fabric.  Turnaround time is often longer as store items take precedence.  Rush fees for items needed in less than a week are double the listed embroidery price; triple if needed within 24 hours.  


All efforts will be made to make sure your items are perfect, however we do not replace or reimburse for outside items that are damaged in the embroidery process.  You assume all risk by sending your items to us.  


Proofs:  All products allow you to request an electronic proof of your chosen design before committing, if you are undecided.  These are $10 each and will be sent via text message, typically adding to your production time.  Please know, however, that if a design does not look right when we go to create it, we will reach out to you with other suggestions free of charge.  If you are undecided and need to see multiple designs for any given product, please contact us BEFORE checking out and we will write up a separate order for all of your proofs.  


Gift wrap:  We do not offer gift wrap at this time, however if you tell us in the Notes field that an item is a gift, and tell us what to say in a gift note, we will make sure to wrap your item nicely in tissue before packaging.


Blank items:  If you would like to purchase items without monograms, please contact us so that we may write the order up and send to you for payment.  If not done this way, we will not be able to refund the built in monogram fees.
